It all begins with a 30 day commitment and from there, simply give 30 days notice on the 1st or 15th of any given month when it is time for you to move on. Our rent price for fully furnished rooms includes utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry, 5 days per week cleaning service for common areas, and convenient snow removal.
